Programs

  • Your choice of program length, or number of single sessions, according to your goals and preferences.
  • Programs are typically two, three or six months and may continue on a session-by-session basis.
  • Each session is 50 minutes and $50. Six month packages are discounted 10%.
  • A complimentary, customized fitness program is included with every program.
  • Coaching sessions provide individualized client focus, with every program tailored to your unique wellness needs and personalized goals.

Format

Your choice of any combination of:

  • In-person, face-to-face (currently discontinued due to COVID-19)
  • Telephonic (over the phone)
  • Video-based (Zoom)
